What is a sample pack?
What are blanks?
Blanks are finished, retail-quality garments with no branding on them. Our labels tear away so you can add your own. They're designed to be rebranded, resold, or worn as-is.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on blanks — buy as little as 1 unit. Custom branded orders require a minimum of 50 pieces per colour, per style. You can mix sizes within that 50.
How does custom branding work?
Choose any product, hit the Customise button, upload your logo, select your print finish and placement, enter your size breakdown, and checkout. We handle the rest — printing, packing, and shipping from our factory.
What print methods do you offer?
We use premium heat transfer vinyl from Framis Italia with 8 finish options including matte, metallic, reflective, and more. Logos are applied in-house for consistent quality across every unit.
Can I add my own labels?
Yes. Every product comes with tear-away Atsource size labels. You can replace them with your own custom branded neck labels at no extra cost on custom orders, using the same Framis Italia vinyl as your external branding.
What fabrics do you use?
We develop proprietary performance fabrics in collaboration with leading mills. All fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and all synthetics use GRS-certified recycled fibres. Full details are available in our Fabric Library.
Where are your products made?
Everything is manufactured in our own facility in Malaysia, powered by solar energy and supported by a global supply chain detailed with full transparency on our website.
How long does delivery take?
Blanks and sample packs are in stock and ship within 1-2 business days via DHL Express. Custom branded orders are produced and shipped within 5 business days. Delivery worldwide typically takes 5-7 business days from dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Blanks and sample packs have live shipping rates calculated at checkout via DHL Express. Custom orders include a $250 shipping deposit — your exact rate is quoted within 48 hours based on order weight and destination. Any difference is invoiced or refunded.
