Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Atsource Blanks, we provide premium, production-ready sportswear available as blank garments or customised with logo application. Due to the nature of our products and production processes, the following policy applies.

1. Custom / Printed Products

All custom or printed products are made to order.

  • Customised products are final sale

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once production has begun

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all artwork, sizing, and order details are correct prior to confirmation

Returns or refunds will only be considered if the item is confirmed to be defective.

2. Blank (Unbranded) Products

Blank products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All tear-away labels must remain intact

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

  • Returns must be approved prior to being sent back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Defective Products

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the defect

Upon review, we may offer:

  • Replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Refund (at our discretion)

Note: Minor variations in colour, print placement, or garment sizing within accepted industry tolerances are not considered defects.

4. Cancellations

Due to fast processing and production timelines:

  • Before production: Cancellation requests may be accepted at our discretion

  • After production begins: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for customised products.

For blank products, exchanges may be considered subject to:

  • stock availability

  • return approval

  • compliance with return conditions

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
