We specialise in premium, production-ready sportswear available as blank garments or customised with logo application.

  • Product Representation: We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.

  • Colour Accuracy: Colours may vary slightly due to screen displays and production processes.

  • Product Updates: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Customisation

Where products are customised or printed:

  • Artwork Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork, logos, and designs are accurate, correctly formatted, and suitable for production.

  • Variations: Minor variations in print placement, colour, and sizing within accepted industry tolerances may occur.

  • Final Sale: Customised products are made to order and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has begun, except in the case of confirmed defects.

4. Orders

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via email once your order is placed.

  • Order Changes: Due to fast processing times, changes may not be possible once an order has been confirmed.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full at the time of order.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia using third-party logistics providers, including DHL Express.

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, and external factors.

  • Customers may arrange collection under EXW (Ex Works) terms, in which case responsibility transfers upon collection.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Key points:

  • Customised products are final sale once production has begun

  • Blank (unbranded) products may be returned within 14 days, subject to conditions

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed

  • All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and branding, is the property of Atsource Blanks or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

  • You warrant that any content you submit for customisation does not infringe on third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atsource Blanks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or courier delays.
