SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Atsource Blanks, we specialise in premium, production-ready sportswear delivered at speed. Due to the nature of our products and customisation services, the following policies apply.

1. Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia.

Courier: DHL Express
Delivery Time: Typically 2–5 working days depending on destination

  • Orders are processed quickly, often within 1–3 working days for blank products

  • Custom printed orders typically ship within 7–10 working days

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched

EXW (Ex Works) Option:
Customers may arrange collection from our warehouse under EXW terms. Once goods are made available for collection, all responsibility transfers to the customer or their appointed freight forwarder.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

2. Returns & Refunds

Custom / Printed Products

All custom or printed products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Blank (Unbranded) Products

Blank products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • All tear-away labels must remain intact

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

Returns are subject to approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Defective Products

If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the defect

Upon review, we may offer:

  • Replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Refund (at our discretion)

Note: Minor variations in colour, print placement, or sizing within accepted industry tolerances are not considered defects.

4. Cancellations

Due to fast processing times, cancellations are limited:

  • Before production: Cancellation requests may be accepted at our discretion

  • After production begins: Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for custom products.

For blank products, exchanges may be accepted subject to availability and the return conditions outlined above.
